Note 1
An additional charge of £25.00 per performance is payable for stage productions to cover cost of additional electricity consumption.
Note 2
PBVHMC cannot be held responsible for the damage or theft of personal items, equipment, or vehicles belonging to hirers or their guests, or for personal injury resulting from hirer’s negligent actions, whilst on Village Hall property. In such situations Hirers are not covered by Village Hall insurance policies.
Note 3
Applications to sell alcohol on the premises must be approved by the Committee when booking. If approved, it is the responsibility of the Hirer to apply to Bromley Council and pay for a temporary events licence, a minimum of two weeks before the event.
Note 4
Standard Letting Rates are applicable to non-residents of Pratts Bottom and non-associated organisations of the Village Hall. Special rates may be available from the Booking Secretary for regular hirers (minimum of one rental per month)
